The File of Life is a small red folder, magnetized for your refrigerator, that you will fill with information needed by your responders to a medical emergency. To receive the folder and schedule a File of Life training program for your community or senior group,
call the RSVP office in Worcester at 508-791-7787. The RSVP program will help people fill out the form correctly. |
